In the third quarter of 2024, the geolocation games category in Sweden saw varied performances among the top five apps. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps exhibited distinct trends in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

Pokémon GO from Niantic, Inc. showed a fluctuating revenue trend, peaking at approximately $404K in early July before descending to $109K by the end of September. Weekly downloads for the app remained relatively stable, averaging around 4K, while active users saw a mild decline from 246K in July to 210K at the end of September.

Soundmap: Find Your Songs by Intonation Studios Inc. experienced a notable surge in revenue, particularly in the second week of September, reaching $1.9K. The app’s downloads mirrored this trend, spiking to 3.3K in the same period. Active users also increased significantly, peaking at 5K mid-September.
